COPPELL, TEXAS – UniGroup’s Quality Management department recently named its 2011 Mayflower Transit “Heart of Quality” award recipients. Among the recipients was Daryl Flood move coordinator Linda Carithers. Daryl Flood move coordinator Jana Dornbusch received a Heart of Quality Honorable Mention award.
The “Heart of Quality” award was created to recognize top performing move coordinators in their role of serving as an advocate for the relocation customer. Mayflower Transit’s move coordinators serve as a single point of contact for the customer and all service providers throughout an entire Houston relocation or move. This helps to make the relocation experience successful from the preparation phase all the way through the final delivery stages. The “Heart of Quality” award is based on twelve months of cumulative customer survey scores and awards are determined in the seven agent size categories currently used for Mayflower’s Customer Choice awards.
This is not the first time Daryl Flood employees have been recognized for customer service excellence on a national level. Last year Linda Carithers was an Honorable Mention winner. Daryl Flood employee Connie Guinty won the “Heart of Quality” award in 2009.
Linda Carithers received the UniGroup Quality Management “Heart of Quality” award for 2011.
