(COPPELL, TEXAS – February 28, 2017) Daryl Flood Inc. recently announced that Don Rupe has rejoined the team as Senior Director of Customer Experience.
In this role, Rupe is responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, post-sale, for the relocation division. This encompasses the development and rollout of service initiatives which reflect the vision and high service standards of the organization.
A 33 year veteran of the relocation industry, Rupe is well versed in all areas of relocation, including domestic and international household goods moving, employee relocation services, global mobility management, commercial workplace services, project management, warehousing and logistics.

Rupe holds designations as a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) by the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC), as a Certified Moving Consultant (CMC) by the American Moving and Storage Association (AMSA), and as a Certified Mobility Management Consultant (CMMC). Don serves on the Board of Directors of Houston Relocation Professionals, a regional WERC organization of relocation professionals from corporations and service providers in the Houston and Gulf Coast Region of Texas.
