Daryl R. Flood Elected To UniGroup, Inc. Board of Directors.

DALLAS, TEXAS – Daryl R. Flood, president of Daryl Flood, Inc., has been elected to the Board of Directors of UniGroup, Inc., the parent company of United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit and other transportation-related companies. Mr. Flood will oversee District 6 that includes Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arkansas and Colorado.

Daryl Flood was one of nine directors elected by fellow shareholders during the company’s annual meeting, held recently in St. Louis.
