COPPELL, TEXAS (April 29, 2019) Daryl Flood Relocation & Logistics hosted the 21st Annual IC Conference at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel on Saturday, February 23, in Fort Worth, Texas. The conference brings together the Daryl Flood Relocation & Logistics team of van operators from all over the country to learn about trends and important updates within the industry.

We wouldn’t be successful without our drivers!”
This year’s “Just One Thing” themed conference included an introductory message from President and CEO Daryl R. Flood, as well as sessions on sales; safety and insurance; shipment processing; Altair Global performance; UniGroup corporate updates, including the rollout of a new small shipment program, SnapMoves; and proprietary fleet technology, Flex and Stride. Daryl Flood Relocation & Logistics welcomed guest speakers Patrick Keery, Vice President, Move Management at Altair Global; and Collin McNamara, Producer Coordinator at TrueNorth Companies. From the UniGroup corporate office in St. Louis, Missouri, esteemed guest speakers also included Marc Rogers, President and CEO; Scott Kluesner, Executive Vice President Operations; and Jim Rockwell, Director Operations Support.
Flood recognized van operators rated highest in performance and safety during an awards lunch. Winners are as follows: 
2018 Long Haul Driver of the Year – Freddy Caraveo
2018 Short Haul Driver of the Year – Benny Molina
2018 Safety Performance Winners – Jeff Brown, Kevin Hill, Lenny Erickson, Laura Van Vleet and Rick Merz
Attendees also enjoyed a cocktail social hour. Van operator spouses relaxed at a wine tasting event at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens during the educational sessions.
